Its sad that all that tastes yummy is not good for health and more so fattenning
Chocolates are so heavenly, makes me want to kiss the feet of the person who discovered chocolates..
A question arises as to why is it that all what we like is fattening or harmful to health,
be it chocolates, icecreams, pastries , alcohol.....
Why can't all this be good for health?

If they were then the dream diet for weight loss would be
Simple & Quick ways to Easy Weight Loss

  • 4 Bars of chocolate a day keeps a doctor away.
  • Avoid green leafy vegetables, salads, sprouts.(If one has a "vegetable tooth",one may indulge in one optional vegetable deep fried in oil once a week).
  • Avoid exercise, please adhere to lazy walks instead of brisk walk if required.Include a glass of wine in your diet.( One can have many if desired ).
  • Try to include a bowl of icecream & nuts along with every meal.
  • It is mandatory to have an afternoon siesta.
  • 5 small meals a day is the key to effective weight loss(The meals must include Chocolates, Icecreams,Pastries, Deepfried stuff etc)
